Leading manufacturing into a smart, connected future

Digital business models are reshaping manufacturing. They embed technology across the entire value chain, enabling faster innovation, greater agility, and deeper customer engagement. This Leadership Session equips business and technology executives to navigate the industry’s shift from traditional product sales toward data-driven services, outcome-based offerings, and differentiated value propositions.

Powered by IoT/OT, cloud platforms, advanced analytics, and AI, manufacturing operations become more flexible, automated, and efficient, while product usage is optimized through real-time insights. As a result, companies can deliver more personalized, connected, and high-value customer experiences that strengthen competitiveness.
