AI Analyst

Florian joined IDATE in 2023 as a consultant specializing in artificial intelligence applied to sectoral transformations.

He focuses on the integration of advanced AI systems (GenAI, LLM, ML, deep learning, NLP, etc.) and their strategic deployment across high-impact industries, including finance, supply chains, manufacturing, and retail. He develops support methodologies that include prompting, automation, and personalization, as well as internal audits and organizational impact assessments. His work covers the analysis of transformative use cases, the evaluation of cultural and organizational impacts, the economic modeling of emerging AI solutions, and the identification of related risks, ethical issues, and regulatory challenges.

He holds an academic background from CentraleSupélec at Paris-Saclay University with a specialization in AI, enabling him to identify, assess, and manage value-creating AI projects. He also holds a Master’s degree in Economic Sciences with a specialization in Digital Studies from the University of Montpellier.
