Exploring new opportunities in the next phase of SAP services
The SAP services market continues to be driven by strong demand for S/4HANA migrations. However, this growth trajectory is not indefinite. As the S/4HANA wave begins to taper off, the market risks facing overcapacity and intensified competition – in particular around late-stage migration projects.
In this workshop, we will assess the medium-term growth potential for SAP services across the entire value chain and SAP’s evolving portfolio. Additionally, we will explore strategic opportunities for long-term development within the SAP partner ecosystem, identifying areas where partners can differentiate and sustain value beyond the migration cycle.
