Transforming quality engineering through generative AI innovation
Generative AI is transforming quality engineering — especially functional testing — by redefining how test assets and automation are created and maintained. While much of the industry focuses on greenfield implementations, many organizations must also integrate GenAI into existing test artifact estates.
This session helps software testers and QA leaders evaluate and select vendors, identify high-impact LLM and SLM use cases, and understand key strategic considerations. Topics include balancing greenfield and brownfield approaches, applying FinOps principles to testing, and managing the coexistence of traditional AI, LLMs, and emerging AI agents.
