Balancing innovation and cost efficiency in GenAI-enabled testing
Generative AI is reshaping quality engineering and functional testing, creating both opportunities and challenges for service providers. While much of the industry focuses on greenfield innovation, vendors must also address clients’ existing test artifact estates through a brownfield approach.
This session provides guidance for testing vendors on evolving their service portfolios, applying FinOps principles to manage LLM and SLM costs, and balancing the coexistence of ML, LLM, SLM, and emerging AI models. It also examines how GenAI influences delivery models and introduces new, outcome-based pricing strategies that better reflect business value.
